Snoopy is a young man under 12 months of age. He is a mixed breed dog of medium size, possibly a mix of whippet, terrier, smooth collie. Snoopy is smart, very friendly, enthusiastic, and just wants to be loved and given a happy home. He’s doing great with basic training, is learning to walk nicely on a lead, and is now house-trained.

Snoopy needs a home that is committed to his ongoing training, where he gets plenty of exercise, and in return he will be the most loyal friend you could hope for.

Snoopy is great with cats, children, and other dogs. He is also learning to be a very good boy around chickens.

Snoopy’s new home must have good fencing, a safe secure place for him to be while you are out, and someone home most of the day. ARAN dogs cannot be chained to kennels or left for long periods home alone. All ARAN dogs must sleep indoors.

Our adoptions start with a two-week trial period to ensure the dog is a good fit for you. If things don’t work out they return to their foster home.

Snoopy will be de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped and registered, and up to date with flea/worm treatments.

There is an adoption fee of $300 to contribute towards these costs. This heavily subsidised adoption fee is approx 50% of what you would otherwise pay to have a new dog fully vetted and desexed, registered and chipped.

The first step if you are interested in adopting is to fill out an online adoption application which you can do here:
