Our gorgeous Leroy is a teenage/young adult mixed breed of likely boxer, English pointer, labrador.
ARAN saved Leroy from the pound and have had him de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped and registered and treated for parasites. There is an adoption fee of $300 to contribute towards these costs. This is heavily subsidised for you and represents approximately half of what it would cost you normally.
Leroy came to us very shy and scared, but has come out of his shell to be a happy, fun loving boy who will make someone a wonderful pet and family member. Like his friend Bryn (see his listing too) , Leroy is a really lovely friendly good natured dog, he is easy to have around, loves to play and run, of course, but he is not a hyperactive dog. He is great with other dogs, is OK with cats and is currently fostering on a farm.
Leroy’s new home must have a safe secure place for him to be while you are out. ARAN dogs cannot be chained to kennels or left for very long periods home alone. All ARAN dogs must sleep indoors.
Our adoptions start with a two week trial period, to make sure the dog is a good fit for you. If things don’t work out they return to their foster home.
